I’ve been getting inspired lately toward organic, homemade remedies since my beloved girls found them so enjoyable. I decides to find new, interesting recipes. This time I’m kind of impressive with the new facial mask that rocks with bitter gourd and aloe vera.
I did check this couple of times and it really does it’s job to improve skin complexions for all skin types, even the delicate one. I’m humble to show you all how it’s beneficial to your dear skin.
1. Every Ingredient Build Up A Beautiful Skin
Bitter gourd is so-called as bitter melon or bitter squash or Momordica Charantia in science. You can get several names for this thing. It’s originated from Asia and Africa. This type of vegetable has been well-known as having medicinal and remedial effects to bring many benefits to your health. Excellently detoxify your body and hence, low down blood sugar. For skincare, we have another story about it.
Bitter melon contains an enormous source of antioxidants, minerals and vital vitamins, especially vitamin C. That perfectly nourishes your skin to provide an ageless and fresh look. As a superb detoxifier with curative properties, it’s known as a wonderful element to clear out blemishes, blur acne scars and stimulate collagen rebuilding. 2 Let’s Make It and Apply
You need to cut a bitter gourd into a half and remove all of its seeds. Because we won’t shave off it’s peel, it’s necessary to clean it with water to get rid of dust before using. Take 4 to 5 slices of bitter melon to a blender.
Wash carefully 1 stalk of fresh aloe vera with a short to medium length and trim a half of it’s skin off. Then, scrape its’ flesh and gel to the blender as well.
Then, add 1 teaspoon of honey into the mixture. Blend them totally when it becomes a consistent paste.
Gently apply all over your face for 15 minutes and after that, rinse off by warm water. The mask will make your skin look naturally glowy with bouncing, smooth and elastic sensations.
You can apply this mask once a week prior to bedtime and use moisturizers afterward. Be patient with this mask for a miracle improvement to your skin conditions.
